Your account and game progress have been deleted from Mirror Word’s active service. The old account can no longer sign in.
Devices that are offline clear their local account data when they next connect. You can also uninstall the game to remove its local data.

No recovery email, or lost access to it? You can request account deletion by email. Include your player ID if you have it. We’ll need to verify ownership before removing an account. Never send us a sign-in code or password.
If you still have the game, guest accounts can be deleted in Profile → Account information → Delete account.

Account and game data
Deletion removes your recovery email and sign-in identity, public player ID, nickname, equipped appearance, daily attempts and results, Challenge completion records and saved cloud checkpoints. Your results are removed from daily comparisons. Your deletion applies across devices. An offline device must reconnect before it can receive the deletion and clear its local copy.
Deletion checks and service records
A random deletion receipt lets this browser check an interrupted request. It contains no email or player ID. After deletion, the service keeps only its hash and timestamps. The receipt works for seven days; expired receipts are removed by subsequent service cleanup. Your browser keeps the receipt until you dismiss the confirmation or clear site data. A deletion still being processed retains the account reference only while cleanup completes.
Email delivery records at Resend are retained for 30 days. Our hosting and authentication providers also process technical and security logs under their retention policies. These records are not used to recover a deleted game account. See Resend’s retention information and Supabase’s privacy information.
What this website stores
No advertising or analytics are used on this page. Your sign-in session stays in this page’s memory and is not saved in browser storage. After you confirm deletion, only the random deletion receipt is stored on this device so you can check the result if the connection is interrupted.
